Required Qualifications
•    8+ years of UX/UI design experience
•    Strong portfolio of enterprise portals, intranets, or knowledge platforms
•    Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
•    Expertise in accessibility design (WCAG 2.1 AA)
•    Experience designing for SharePoint Online and M365
•    Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
