Description

You will design and deliver enterprise portals, intranets, and knowledge platforms using user-centered methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create information architectures and content models for complex enterprise systems.
• Design interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and comply with corporate brand systems.
• Develop and maintain design tokens and SharePoint Online/Fluent UI design patterns.
• Present design solutions and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong enterprise portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Deep expertise in accessibility design (WCAG 2.1 AA) and compliance testing.
• Experience designing for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CPACC, NN/g UX Certification, or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate.
• IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
