Description

Job Description

looking for a Strong UX/UI developer with strong sense of ownership, who comes with AI first development mindset in accelerating our customer's web experiences across growth, marketing and product initiatives. We need someone who has experience translating UX concepts into production-ready front end iteratively and this isn't a build to spec role. You will partner closely with customer's creative/UX, SEO/AEO and cross-functional engineering and business stake holders.

What You'll Do

  • Build, iterate, and ship front-end experiences. Landing pages, site sections, conversion flows, and experimentation variants. You'll be responsible for crafting unique, high-impact experiences that differentiates and drive growth outcomes.
  • Partner with Creative/UX to bring designs to life with attention to detail, responsive behavior, and interaction polish
  • Support growth, CRO, and SEO/AEO initiatives with rapid front-end builds that enable faster experimentation cycles and improve organic discoverability
  • Use AI-first development workflows, leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0 to compress build times, automate prototyping, and increase iteration speed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SEO/AEO, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to execute web initiatives on time and at quality
  • Contribute to and maintain front-end standards, component libraries, and documentation alongside the broader engineering and design teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve development velocity, code quality, and workflow efficiency through tooling and process improvements
  • Act as a marketing engineering partner, bridging the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution to ensure the web is a high-performing growth channel

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of front-end development experience: Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. You write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
  • Deep UX/UI development skills: You've built polished, responsive interfaces and care about the details that separate good from great. Experience working directly with designers and translating Figma/Sketch to pixel-perfect code
  • AI-first development mindset: You actively use AI coding assistants (Claude, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your daily workflow and can articulate how AI changes front-end development. Not theoretical — you're already doing this
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms: Particularly Sanity or similar (Contentful). You understand content modeling, structured content, and how a headless CMS powers a modern marketing site
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You understand marketing sites, conversion funnels, lead generation, and the difference between product UI and growth-focused web experiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience: You've worked embedded with marketing teams (web, SEO/AEO, creative) or product teams and know how to operate in that rhythm. Comfortable with competing priorities and fast-changing requirements
  • Strong sense of ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen, flag tradeoffs, and ship. You're accountable for outcomes, not just output

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with React/Next.js or modern component frameworks in a CMS-driven marketing site context
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, ABTasty, or similar) and how experimentation impacts front-end architecture
  • Understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO-friendly front-end practices
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems and shared component libraries
  • Comfort with analytics and data, you can read test results, understand conversion metrics, and use data to inform your work
  • Exposure to internationalization (i18n) and multi-locale web experiences
