Description

You will design and implement UI/UX solutions to modernize operations workstations and brokerage tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex brokerage workflows, such as DVP/RVP, cost basis, and reconciliations, into intuitive UI designs.
• Build reusable UI components using Angular, React, or Vue.js in alignment with established design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and operations users to gather requirements and refine prototypes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and responsive designs optimized for trade analysts and operations associates.
• Conduct usability testing to iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience conducting usability testing and prototype refinement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial brokerage tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of design system architecture.
