You will design, test, and deliver usable digital content across microsites, landing pages, emails, and tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Unpack ambiguous problems by absorbing business and user insights to design engaging digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product management, research, visual design, engineering, and stakeholders to influence experience strategies.
• Articulate design choices and rationale clearly to diverse audiences.
• Apply design systems by leveraging existing patterns or proposing new concepts.
• Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects while providing constructive feedback to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and branching.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, responsive design, and prototyping.
• Strong application of user-centered design methods and principles.
• Expertise in accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments and alongside developers.
• Experience collaborating with UX researchers to design experiments and apply research methods.
• Proven ability to articulate product strategy, vision, and systemic design thinking.
• Background in visual design and working with product management.

Preferred Skills

• Motion design skills.
