Description

Drive the end-to-end design process from initial discovery through design validation, defining information architecture and translating complex requirements into validated design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute user research including surveys, interviews, focus groups, journey mapping, and user flows.
• Define information architecture and represent UX strategy to product development leaders.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmaps by defining specific user experience goals.
• Validate design direction through participatory design, concept testing, and formative or summative usability testing.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights, personas, and task analyses.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in conducting user research across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with journey mapping and information architecture definition.
• Ability to translate complex implementation requirements into design concepts.
• Skill in creating artifacts such as jobs to be done, segments, and user personas.
• Experience collaborating on product feature prioritization and user story creation.
• Ability to document research best practices and onboard new team members.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
