Description

You will develop and test V2X communication systems and connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle drive tests and spot tests to validate V2X performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware solutions including 5G cellular modems and IoT sensors.
• Manage data pipelines to move data from devices to cloud servers for storage and visualization.
• Perform C-V2X performance testing focusing on latency, throughput, and packet loss.
• Operate V2X and network tools to collect and post-process communication data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in V2X or related telecommunications roles.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for programming IoT sensors and writing scripts.
• Hands-on experience with C-V2X protocols including PC5, Uu, BSM, and SPaT.
• Knowledge of On-Board Units (OBU), Road Side Units (RSU), and ITS cloud connectivity.
• Experience working with 5G, LTE, and Cat M modules.
• Familiarity with Applied Information or similar V2X equipment.
• Competency in managing Glance Cloud environments.
• Ability to build data pipelines for cloud server integration and data storage.
• Experience visualizing data on front-end interfaces.
