Description

You will own the validation engineering lifecycle for GPU devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute feature enablement and validation testcases.
• Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure including software, hardware, automation environments, and lab setups.
• Debug and drive root-cause analysis for GPU device issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools that improve GPU device validation and debug.
• Perform lab work including device installation, PCIe/Card/riser-board insertion, and minor board rework.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in design, verification, or validation.
• Experience with data center CPU and GPU architecture.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl.
• Familiarity with server OS such as Windows Server, Ubuntu, and RedHat.
• Ability to navigate and configure systems via BIOS.
• Proficiency in debugging complex hardware/software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Prior AMD server CPU/GPU experience.
• Understanding of modern x86 microprocessor architecture and Server platform architecture.
• Working knowledge of high-end oscilloscope and protocol analyzer.
