Description

You will manage validation processes for factory assemblies and IT system enhancements, leading test execution and supplier collaboration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation test cases and formal test plans for factory assemblies and IT systems.
• Lead the execution of validation test cases and support equipment design reviews.
• Engage with equipment suppliers from initial design through site acceptance phases.
• Collaborate with quality teams to develop validation protocols, reports, and approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in validation or related engineering roles.
• Experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience in Automation.
• Background supporting molding and automation/software engineering workflows.
• Ability to support equipment design reviews and supplier management.
• Degree in any graduate field.
