Description

Validate server racks and storage nodes to ensure hardware reliability and system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review MRDs and design documents to define test strategies.
• Develop and execute hardware integration test plans, cases, and reports for storage servers.
• Identify defects, debug issues, and perform root cause failure analysis.
• Manage test schedules, resources, SUIT, and material parts.
• Communicate project risks and testing status to development and project management teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hardware design validation or test engineering experience.
• 2+ years of validation experience within technology companies.
• Technical expertise in testing servers and storage systems.
• Ability to perform failure analysis and identify root causes of hardware errors.
• University degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Networking knowledge equivalent to CCNA level.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Storage/Server Testing Frameworks and Reliability Testing methodologies.
