Description

Validate and troubleshoot prototype and production Class 5-8 trucks and buses. Manage electrical system testing, harness installation, and engineering problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems on prototype and current vehicle models.
• Install electrical harnesses and manage wire room tasks.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for engineering issues using schematics and diagrams.
• Perform EV vehicle testing and diagnostic troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle validation or electrical testing.
• Expertise in CANalyzer, Somat, and Dewsoft.
• Proficiency with CAN-based datalinks and reading communication busses.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic software including NEDS, Insite, and ACOM.
• Any graduate degree.
