Description

This role owns the end-to-end verification and validation strategy for software supporting neuromodulation therapy workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-assisted testing approaches, including intelligent test case generation, regression test prioritization, and defect clustering.
• Own and execute verification and validation (V&V) for neuromodulation applications across unit, integration, and system levels.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and desktop applications, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate hazard analysis outputs (e.g., FMEA, hazard tables) into explicit, testable safety requirements and verification evidence.
• Produce and maintain V&V deliverables, including Test Plans, Reports, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) for regulated environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Validation Engineering.
• Expertise in developing risk-based test strategies for safety-critical applications.
• Experience with Hazard Tables and FMEA processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration).
• Experience ensuring traceability and audit readiness for regulated software.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing methodologies and their application in V&V.
• Strong understanding of safety constraints, guardrails, and fail-safe behaviors.
