Description

Lead SAP S/4 implementation efforts within pharmaceutical or biotech validation and QA contexts. You will bridge the gap between technical SAP teams and business stakeholders who are experts in Oracle but new to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Steer business partners through SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation phases.
• Establish and maintain a project management framework to track deliverables and milestones.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timeline adherence.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Change Requests, ensuring logging and completion.
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items across all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech validation/QA.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4 implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Validation and Quality Assurance processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management framework expertise.
• Ability to translate technical SAP concepts for non-technical leadership and business partners.
• Experience managing chaotic, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining status dashboards and project tracking tools.
