Description

Perform maintenance, repair, and testing on relief valves, control valves, and tank vents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and test various valve types including relief, control, and tank vent valves.
• Clean, blast, and paint valve components using specialized equipment.
• Perform re-machining or lapping of critical parts.
• Execute field work following all safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in valve repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in documenting and entering job data.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating industrial equipment like torches and forklifts.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card if required.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate level education.
