Description

Configure, develop, and support Varicent Incentive Compensation solutions, including data imports, calculation logic, and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Varicent Incentive Compensation solutions.
• Build and maintain data import processes for compensation and performance data.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot compensation calculation logic and business rules.
• Create and support reports, dashboards, and compensation outputs for stakeholders.
• Configure and support workflow processes for compensation administration and approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration experience.
• 5+ years of technical design experience for enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and data management tools.
• Hands-on experience with data imports and compensation calculations.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience with scheduler management and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of business rules related to incentive compensation.
