You will design and configure Varicent ICM components to implement and optimize Partner Incentive Compensation Programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Varicent ICM data models, workflows, reports, and calculation logic.
• Translate business rules and partner incentive structures into scalable compensation models.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines to ingest partner sales data from multiple source systems.
• Perform unit testing and data validation to ensure the accuracy of calculated incentives.
• Create technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Varicent ICM (IBM Varicent) development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Experience integrating data from source systems such as CRM, ERP, and Partner Portals.
• Proven experience implementing Partner Incentive Programs or similar compensation structures.
• Deep understanding of complex incentive logic, including tiers, accelerators, and partner hierarchy management.
• Experience supporting UAT and resolving defects or system enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with channel/partner ecosystems in SaaS or Tech companies.
• Varicent developer or admin certifications.
• Knowledge of incentive governance, auditability, and compliance requirements.
