Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data models and modules within the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Varicent ICM modules including calculations, tables, imports, views, portal access, task manager, presenter reports, and webforms.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through to testing and go-live.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution for existing ICM applications in live production environments.
• Analyze application performance to recommend enhancements and process improvements.
• Document business needs and coordinate task progress with team members during implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and implementation lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM modules and data model design.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and defect troubleshooting.
• Ability to support and maintain applications in a live production environment.
• Business knowledge of sales compensation processes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extending data models within Varicent.
