Description

You will manage, deploy, and design Varonis solutions while serving as a technical administrator across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Research and remediate folder and share permission issues, including end-user management notifications.
• Support, manage, and design compliance and security tools infrastructure and healthy tool agents on Linux or Windows.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to assess and report on monitored data.
• Manage continuous transformation of the CAST tool suite and coordinate installs, upgrades, and support with vendors.
• Provide detailed root cause and post-incident analyses and document all processes, designs, and configurations.

Required Skills

• Varonis VCA certification.
• 2+ years of cybersecurity technical experience or highly technical role experience.
• Hands-on experience managing, deploying, and designing Varonis solutions.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, NetApp, or EMC servers.
• Knowledge of NTFS and NFS permissions, Active Directory, and Windows Services.
• Understanding of network/firewall connectivity and basic SQL commands.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ruby, or Shell.
• Experience with incident handling, change management (ITIL), and compliance regulations like SOX or PCI.
• Ability to use Splunk and Microsoft Excel for reporting and scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CISSP certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Puppet, Bolt, Chocolatey, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Apache SOLR, Tripwire, or Imperva.
