Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Office tools and add-ins to support tax and legal client services. You will own the full development lifecycle for VSTO add-ins, VBA macros, and templates across Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy VSTO Add-Ins for MS Office applications using VBA, VB.NET, and VSTO.
• Maintain and upgrade existing tools, templates, and macros to ensure performance and compliance.
• Integrate MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PPT) using macros and user forms.
• Apply development standards, style guides, and legal compliance guidelines to all tool projects.
• Maintain internal documentation and ensure adherence to the tool development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word VBA.
• Experience building complex macros, VB forms, modules, and class modules.
• Hands-on experience with VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) and VB.NET.
• Knowledge of .NET Design Fundamentals and .NET Framework.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with WinForms and application development environments.
• Understanding of SDLC, quality assurance, and testing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of Python and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SharePoint concepts.
