Description

You will build and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Access and Excel VBA, focusing on reusable modules and standard design principles.

You will collaborate across business units to deliver advanced automation, explain technical concepts to stakeholders, and advance automation governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions using standard design principles and reusable modules.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver advanced automation and data processing capabilities.
• Advise on automation tools, capabilities, and governance standards.
• Communicate technical aspects clearly to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of firsthand Microsoft Access and Excel VBA software development experience.
• 5+ years of US-based professional experience.
• Experience with low-code/no-code applications for end-to-end automation.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles.
• Proven understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira Software.
• General awareness of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Blue Prism, and Python.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services or banking domains.
