Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, working directly with client operations staff. You own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify software requirements directly from clients and operations staff.
• Perform comprehensive software testing to ensure solution stability and quality.
• Plan and execute application deployments in production environments.
• Communicate technical progress and adjust project timelines as priorities shift.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Fluency in VB.Net or C#.
• Proficiency with T-SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with .Net Framework.
• Hands-on use of Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Experience with Git source control.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with state Medicaid programs or the healthcare industry.
• Direct experience working with end users.
