Description

Lead development teams and oversee full-cycle programming using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and mentor less experienced developers through formal and informal training.
• Advise leadership on new technologies to elevate engineering standards.
• Enforce coding and technical documentation standards across the team.
• Ensure all team members adhere to the defined system development life-cycle.
• Utilize peer review techniques to drive continuous improvement in code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle programming.
• Proficiency in VB.NET and C#.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET and WCF.
• Expertise in SQL Server, including T-SQL stored procedures, nested procedures, temp tables, and views.
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS.
• Proficiency with SCM tools such as Subversion, TFVC, or Git.
• Experience with automated builds and deployments using TFS CI/CD or Cruise Control.
• Strong object-oriented design and development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
