Description

You will provide technical leadership and advisory support for application design, coding, and system enhancements while managing minor projects and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain key application components and server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex application, server, and infrastructure issues, implementing upgrades and workaround solutions.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call support rotation to ensure continuous system availability.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update Help Desk tickets, and adhere to information security policies.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience with VB.NET and SQL.
• 20+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• 20+ years of experience supporting State Government Tax Systems.
• Strong server administration and application support skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
