Description

You will build and maintain high-performance desktop applications using C++, MFC, and Visual Studio within the Windows ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust desktop applications using C++, MFC UI, and C#.
• Implement and integrate web services, REST APIs, and JSON data handling.
• Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application stability.
• Apply object-oriented design principles to debug multithreaded and networked issues.
• Collaborate with teams using JIRA and Git in an Agile/SCRUM workflow.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with extensive C++ programming.
• Deep expertise in Windows development: STL, COM, ATL/MFC, Win32 API, and Windows Internals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio for building and debugging desktop applications.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, networking, and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile technologies.
