Description

You will manage the onboarding process for new Fund Administration customers, ensuring strict adherence to implementation deadlines. You will coordinate data collection from fund back offices and provide advisory support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities to meet strict implementation deadlines.
• Interact with fund back offices, including CFOs and Fund Managers, to collect historical data.
• Provide advisory support to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Deliver accurate financial statements to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Fund Accounting or Fund Administration expertise.
• Experience working with fund back office stakeholders and CFOs.
• Ability to manage data collection and financial statement delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work a night shift schedule.
• Capacity to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Pasay City, 2 days WFH).
