Description

You will manage the design, installation, and maintenance of voice and video communication systems across all locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and troubleshoot voice communication systems and video conferencing devices.
• Manage video conferencing gateways including Poly, Cisco, Webex, Zoom, Teams, and Blue Jean.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP Trunking, NTP, NAT, VC Layout, and PBX Server installations.
• Perform firmware upgrades, wallpaper updates, and periodic maintenance using standardized naming conventions.
• Develop SOPs and Knowledge Base documentation for all video conferencing devices and gateways.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice and video communication systems.
• Hands-on experience with Poly and Cisco hardware.
• Proficiency with Webex, Zoom, Teams Gateway, and Blue Jean Gateway.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP Trunking and NTP.
• Practical knowledge of NAT and VC Layout configuration.
• Experience with PBX Server installation and testing.
• Ability to manage device firmware and periodic maintenance cycles.
