Description

You will lead end-to-end governance and delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) programs, overseeing platform design, build, SDDC components, tenant onboarding, and workload migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance frameworks, delivery cadence, and reporting structures aligned with VCF reference architectures.
• Own program milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery of VCF workstreams.
• Develop integrated program plans, delivery roadmaps, and migration waves across all workstreams.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, acting as the primary interface for stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead a team of 8-10 members and drive transition from program delivery to steady-state operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in delivery management and program management within cloud or data center transformations.
• Proven expertise in VMware technologies, specifically vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Strong understanding of Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) concepts, including compute, storage, network, and security.
• Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Ability to manage large-scale migration and transformation programs in private cloud environments.
• Proven capability in risk management, governance frameworks, and delivery reporting.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills across multiple teams and geographies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
