Description

You will design and implement VMware Cloud Foundation 9 architecture, executing greenfield installations and managing lifecycle operations for management and workload domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute greenfield VCF 9 installations, configuring vSphere, vSAN, and NSX components.
• Integrate external services including DNS, NTP, and LDAP to ensure environment readiness.
• Configure SDDC Manager for patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery strategies.
• Provide documentation and training for day-2 operations and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, preferably v9.
• Strong knowledge of vSphere, vSAN (ESA/OSA), and NSX-T.
• Proficiency in PowerCLI and JSON deployment specifications.
• Deep understanding of VLANs, MTU, routing, and IP addressing.
• Experience with API integrations and lifecycle management.
• Ability to validate post-installation configurations and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

• VCP-VCF Architect or Support certification.
