Description

Build and maintain automated test libraries for mobile voice and video services on OpenShift clusters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automation scripts for OpenShift applications and network elements.
• Execute automated tests to programmatically log into network infrastructure and element management systems.
• Research technical issues, analyze test results, and assess severity during testing phases.
• Provide test summaries, facilitate troubleshooting, and recommend enhancements to automation platforms.
• Assign and review stories within Spring agile practices alongside the development team.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development background for automation tasks.
• Experience with Kubernetes (CKAD) or OpenShift environments.
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks: Robot Framework, Pytest, or standard Unit Test.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of OOP, databases, networking, and JSON/XML data structures.
• Experience with software configuration management using Git.
• Knowledge of whitebox, blackbox, load, coverage, and regression testing methodologies.
• Minimum 1 year of Linux experience.
• BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Perl, Groovy, Scala, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on coding with Appium, Selenium, or Perfecto Mobile for Android and iOS.
