Develop, deploy, and maintain data-driven applications and workflows on-site in Greensboro.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications and APIs using Streamlit or Flask.
• Manage data workflows and orchestration using Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
• Deploy and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, manage application updates, and sync parameter changes.
• Document processes for application deployment and hosting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (versions 3.8.x to 3.12.x).
• Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line operations.
• Knowledge of storage protocols including CIFS, S3, and SMB.
• Proficiency with Git version control (GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and CI/CD pipelines such as ArgoCD.
• Experience managing applications in cloud environments and handling secrets via AzureAD.
• Ability to build, consume, and integrate APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing via Apache Spark.
