Description

Lead enterprise-wide business analysis for web applications within the Office of Information Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and create flow diagrams through stakeholder and SME collaboration.
• Integrate requirements into system design and testing with technical teams and vendors.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and results while participating in functional and systems integration testing.
• Evaluate alternative strategies and recommend solutions compatible with current technologies.
• Develop customer training materials, provide implementation support, and facilitate project status calls.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in requirements gathering, business analysis, and business process mapping.
• 7+ years in project planning, procedural writing, and process engineering.
• 7+ years experience using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• 7+ years in quality assurance techniques and change management procedures.
• 7+ years in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
• Proficiency with Visio, SharePoint, MS Office, Google Meets, and Teams.
• Experience with the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent activities with limited supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Information Management (OIM).
