Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between project teams, EHR vendors, and stakeholders to develop and roll out Electronic Health Record systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process flow diagrams.
• Identify functional gaps between current state documentation and future system capabilities to develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to incorporate requirements into system design, testing, and validation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and provide implementation support during go-lives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• Experience with business process mapping, process engineering, and procedural writing.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Ability to conduct functional and systems integration unit testing, including creating test plans and scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Health tools such as Discern Explorer and Cerner Command Language (CCL).
