Description

You will perform business and systems analysis to support project objectives in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, map business processes, and perform process engineering.
• Write procedural documentation and coordinate application development projects.
• Manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple concurrent activities with limited supervision.
• Apply quality assurance techniques and follow change management procedures.
• Develop technical solutions and assist with the creation, coordination, and review of RFPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• Ability to blend different project management methodologies to fit specific business environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and procedural writing.
• Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage competing demands.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Healthcare Information Systems.
• Knowledge of the Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Standard, SEC 501.
• Experience architecting technical solutions or coordinating application development.
