Description

You will provide project management oversight to coordinate projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the Enterprise client-level data system for HIV services.
• Oversee team activities to support business operations and manage accurate invoicing with the business manager.
• Manage vendor and contract relations, including coordinating audit requests.
• Facilitate meetings between customers and technical teams to develop business value strategies.
• Document customer requirements, business processes, and design and programming specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements solicitation, and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience reading logical data models, databases, and programming specifications.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings with customers and technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing competing demands and multiple priorities in changing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare or public health sector.
• 5+ years of experience with systems analysis, technical solution architecture, or application development management.
• 5+ years of experience with Commonwealth of Virginia project management standards or VITA PM certification.
