Description

You will architect and manage SharePoint sites to support the digitization and automation of agency records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and metadata configurations.
• Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels, file plans, and simple workflows.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and 508 compliance standards to ensure accessible designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot security issues and manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint or Web Developer.
• 3+ years of experience in UI design.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• 3+ years of experience developing custom SharePoint solutions.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
• Proficiency in 4 or more Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, or AI Builder).
• Experience with SharePoint site creation, view creation, and metadata management.
• Ability to manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center.
• Knowledge of records management principles and security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating technical training and education for end users.
