Description

You will administer and troubleshoot virtual desktop infrastructure to support enterprise end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
• Create, deploy, and troubleshoot application packages and virtualization solutions.
• Execute monthly patching and system updates across all VDI instances.
• Manage thin client imaging and deployment using the Dell Wyse suite.
• Resolve complex escalated incidents involving voice and call center applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Proficiency with VMware Horizon View, ESXi, DEM, and App Volumes.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).
• Hands-on management of Windows 10, Windows 2012 R2, and Windows 2019.
• Experience using SCCM for patching and application deployments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft App-V and application virtualization.
• Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows file shares, and NTFS security.
• Scripting capabilities using PowerShell or VBScript.

Preferred Skills

• Thin client management and Dell Wyse suite expertise.
