Description

Lead the deployment, customization, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on the Customer Engagement module.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and testing of D365 solutions.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for CRM development issues and technical troubleshooting.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
• Manage entity ownership, properties, workflows, and business process flows.
• Define and refine governance approaches and platform usage documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong development skills in .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Ability to create prototypes and mockups to meet business needs.
• Experience implementing role-driven business process flows and custom actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
