You will design and implement data models for data assets and a cloud-based data management platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models to identify business entities, relationships, and client hierarchies.
• Translate business requirements into technical data models and document designs for development teams.
• Develop canonical models, Data as a Service models, and SOA-based integrations.
• Manage MDM toolkit usage, including source system integration and implementation of business rules for reconciliation and deduplication.
• Establish governance processes for metadata accuracy, data quality tracking, and naming standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data modeling and architecture.
• Expertise in building conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Proficiency in writing queries using SQL, Python, R, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) toolkits and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data integration strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct data profiling and analysis for model maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate modeling results and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and regulatory compliance.
