Description

You will manage data lifecycles and drive business analysis requirements through Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data to identify conflicts, resolve semantic mismatches, and perform entity resolution.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document business processes using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Manage metadata and assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions, including defining test objectives, plans, and test cases, while facilitating User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum.
• Proven experience in enterprise data management and managing product/sprint backlogs.
• Experience working with reporting systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, data marts, and operational data stores.
• Ability to translate client strategy into dataset requirements and user stories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or CDMP certifications.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server, work item tracking, and automated testing tools like Test Complete.
