Description

You will lead diverse project teams through the full lifecycle of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and IT staff during project execution and procurement processes.
• Oversee the development of proposals, statements of work, statements of requirements, and RFP responses.
• Manage project goals, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with technical objectives.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams to develop project plans, policies, and procedures while removing roadblocks.
• Track and communicate project progress, costs, and risks to executive management, sponsors, and technology leads.
• Monitor third-party vendor progress using defined metrics and ensure adherence to governance requirements.

Required Skills

• PMP certification through PMI or VITAs PM certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including hybrid approaches.
• Experience leading discovery and documentation of technical requirements for RFPs and SORs.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Project Server, Visio, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and document complex system processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
