Description

Lead project teams through Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid lifecycles to deliver value to stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and IT staff during project execution and procurement.
• Oversee development of proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, risks, and task lists.
• Track and communicate progress on cost, schedule, and risk to executive management.
• Monitor third-party vendor progress using defined metrics.

Required Skills

• PMP certification through PMI or VITAs PM certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience leading business and IT resources through discovery and technical requirement documentation for RFPs.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• Ability to analyze and document system processes using process engineering techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex issues for multiple audiences.
