Description

Lead project teams through Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid lifecycles to deliver value to stakeholders. Manage full project lifecycle including procurement, resource allocation, risk, and operational transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle, procurement execution, resource allocation, risk management, and transitions to operations.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, IT staff, and business units to execute projects and related procurements.
• Oversee development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Requirements (SOR), and RFP responses.
• Track project progress regarding schedule, cost, and risk; communicate updates to executive management.
• Monitor third-party vendor progress using defined metrics and maintain project budgets and task lists.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Expertise in leading business and IT resources through discovery and documentation of technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues succinctly to multiple audiences.
