Description

Provide agency-specific end-user support and technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and wireless devices in Fredericksburg, VA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and wireless device issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and administer desktops and wireless devices within the agency environment.
• Handle problem management and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Document and communicate resolutions to customers using help request tracking and reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Desktop products.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Teams.
• Experience using Gmail for professional communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with help request tracking and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage and administer desktops and wireless devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
