Provide agency-specific end user support throughout the Richmond District.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Manage problem resolution and escalate complex issues as required.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to customers in a timely manner.
• Support agency users with Microsoft Desktop products and wireless devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Teams.
• Experience troubleshooting wireless devices.
• Strong analytical and IT escalation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of networking.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Colonial Heights, VA.
