Description

Manage telecommunications requests, device provisioning, and billing reconciliation for the IT division.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound request queues and process telecommunications device and service orders in TEBS.
• Provision, configure, and troubleshoot wireless mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and MiFis.
• Track orders to completion and maintain accurate records within the asset management system.
• Analyze telecommunications billing to identify trends, detect errors, and file disputes.
• Administer VOIP environments by provisioning devices and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or telecommunications coordination.
• Proficiency in provisioning and configuring Android and iOS mobile devices.
• Experience with VMware Workspace ONE Mobile Device Management.
• Ability to perform data analysis for financial billing and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and network items for inventory and billing reconciliation.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management.
• Skill in vendor relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying billing trends and errors.
