Description

You will lead the technical implementation and migration of clinical R&D applications, specifically transitioning legacy systems to Veeva CTMS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical discussions regarding Veeva Vault technologies for clinical R&D applications.
• Define and present architecture footprints, including business, logical, integration, security, and infrastructure designs.
• Execute CTMS migration activities, including data and field mapping from legacy systems to Veeva.
• Design integrations by collaborating with Veeva technical teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Author technical deliverables following SDLC methodologies within a 21 CFR validated environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems, specifically Veeva CTMS or Calyx/Parexel IMPACT CTMS.
• Hands-on experience with CTMS application migration processes.
• Expertise in architecture footprints including Integration, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud-related tools for storage and compute.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO/Okta).
• Experience with integration protocols such as API Gateway, SOA, REST, XML, sFTP, MFTo, WSDL, and SOAP.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory groups, permissions, and network architecture (VPN, MPLS, Cloud to On-Prem).
• Deep understanding of RDBMS, including logical/physical modeling, tables, and triggers.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Postgres, Unix, and Linux commands.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience with Single-Sign-On using Okta.
