Description

You will manage the configuration, customization, and administration of Veeva commercial and quality modules in a remote capacity based in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and administration of Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats, Veeva Network, and other commercial modules.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Veeva QualityDocs, Vault QualityDocs, and Vault QMS.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and scalable system configurations.
• Develop custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations using SQL and Apex.
• Ensure all system processes and documentation maintain compliance with FDA and EMA regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Veeva commercial and quality management platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and Vault PromoMats.
• Working knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of Veeva data models, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Veeva Administrator or Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
