Description

You will manage the operational oversight of the Veeva CRM platform and its integrations while driving business requirement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, author, and analyze business requirements, industry data, KPIs, and key metrics.
• Partner with solution architects and stakeholders to design systems and ensure long-term scalability within the Veeva CRM platform.
• Author user acceptance test scripts, facilitate UAT, and perform quality assurance and validation documentation.
• Manage daily project activities, including schedule, scope, change orders, and weekly status reporting on risks and mitigation.
• Perform day-to-day operational oversight of the platform and resolve integration issues with other systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Veeva CRM Administration experience.
• 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL support processes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document design processes and use data visualization techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder influence.
• Masters in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva CRM Administration certification.
