Description

Lead testing initiatives for the Veeva CRM Order Management module while managing client relationships and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement and stakeholder relationships from a Subject Matter Expert perspective.
• Establish technical credentials and maintain rapport with client business leaders.
• Perform requirement analysis and use case modeling using business analysis and consulting methodologies.
• Coordinate planning and execution across the SDLC process.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Veeva CRM.
• Deep functional expertise in the Order Management module.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC processes.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and client coordination.
• Strong background in requirement analysis and use case modeling.
• Experience with CRM and SAP products.
• Any Graduate degree.
