Description

You manage the implementation, configuration, and support of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Veeva platform objects, workflows, and data management processes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through analytical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities independently to ensure system stability and support.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience working with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault.
• Hands-on experience in Veeva platform configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in workflow design and data management within the Veeva ecosystem.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva CRM Administrator or Veeva Vault Administrator certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
